Examples include: a degree in instructional design, instructional technology, learning technology, or a closely related field; an online faculty training program at another higher education institution; OLC Online Teaching Certificate or similar programs

Recent Online Teaching Experience

Teaching at least one fully online course at an accredited institution of higher education
Actively using asynchronous interaction within my online course(s)
Creating online course materials based on good practices of learning and/or instructional design
Teaching using a learning management system (LMS) such as: Blackboard, Canvas, Desire2Learn, Moodle, etc.
List all courses you have taught fully online within the past three years. For each course please provide name of institution, semester taught, and course title.
Please provide a copy of a syllabus from a course you taught fully online within the past three years.
Please provide an online assessment artifact from a course you taught fully online within the past three years.
Assessment artifacts are assignments with specific tasks/questions that measure specific student learning outcome(s). Online assessment artifacts include authentic assessments, active learning assignments, individual or group projects, and grading rubrics.
Describe specific methods that you have used to promote student engagement and asynchronous learning in the course(s) you taught online.
Please provide an online lecture or instructional material you created for an online course you taught within the past three years.
