Dr. Colleen Thorndike is a lecturer in the Department of Writing & Rhetoric. She teaches a variety of courses including First Year Writing (FYW), Intro to Digital Media Studies, and Digital Writing. She recently completed a certificate in UX Research & Design from the University of Michigan via Coursera. Her research and teaching interests include pop culture, nontraditional grading practices, digital media, and using UX design principles when creating course materials.
