| 11/21 | Collaborative Learning: Boosting Student Engagement with Perusall: This is an interactive workshop designed to help you begin trying Perusall, a social annotation platform that supports active learning. We will discussion strategies of using the tool to engage students by integrating social annotation of various media into your course, from PDFs to videos and podcasts.
Participants will learn how to use this tool as an alternative to traditional discussion boards. We will explore innovative strategies for fostering collaboration and community in the classroom, encouraging students to annotate texts, discuss ideas, and share insights.
